We travelled to Dublin on November 23rd to receive a Eurotoques Award.We received the award for our products,sustainable farming practice and high animal welfare standards.
 Noreen and Matthew gave Ted and Phillip of Ballymaloe a hand at the 'Pig in a day' course which was very well attended with potential pig keepers.
We were invited to Ballymaloe Cookery School to speak with the students on the 12 week course which was very enjoyable.
